Develop and implement business strategies for power supply systems and electrical cabinets (0.4kV-40.5kV) to achieve sales targets.
Manage, train, and develop the sales team.
Identify and expand the customer network while maintaining relationships with existing clients (contractors, investors, factories, industrial zones, and distribution agents).
Negotiate contracts, provide quotations, and propose suitable solutions to customers.
Monitor the market, analyze trends, and suggest improvements for business strategies.
Collaborate with technical and production teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery to customers.
Report business performance periodically to management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical - Electronics Engineering, Automation & Control, Electromechanical Engineering, Industrial Electricity, or related fields.
At least 3-5 years of experience in electrical equipment sales, especially industrial electrical cabinets, distribution cabinets, and control cabinets.
Preference for candidates with experience working with manufacturing plants, M&E contractors, or electrical equipment distribution networks.
Experience in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills with customers.
Ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and drive employee performance.
In-depth knowledge of electrical cabinet products, technical standards, and production processes.
Market analysis, business planning, and sales forecasting skills.
Excellent communication skills, with flexibility in handling situations.
Proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
